Introduction
The newpHProbeWorkbench is a modified version of the original pHProbeWorkbench created by Rich Schramm. It is written in REALBasic and can be easily compiled with the REAL Studio IDE.
This guide is not meant to be a comprehensive user guide, but should describe some of the new features.
In this modified version, some, but not all FOCE data, can be queried from SSDS, plotted, and saved. Functionally, it is very similar to the pHProbeWorkbench; some extra functions have been added per discussions with Ed Peltzer like exporting to a file and multiple tabs.
Data Averaging and Corrections
pH Sensor data is averaged around a 1 minute window of CTD readings. ADCP data is left as-is. Corrections are applied to the pH sensor data by applying a 1D spline-fit over pH corrections stored in SSDS as metadata.
Adding Tabs and "Show All" Table Data
The user can add plots by selecting the "+" tab. Tabs can be renamed or deleted by selecting the appropriate menu option with a right-click.
Not all data is plotted in new pHProbeWorkbench, but it can be displayed in the table view by selecting the "Show all" box.
